Clients may choose to use our tools on a self-serve basis or outsource the tasks.

Our system offers robust functionality for employers, employees, and carriers.

Employee Self-service
This system provides access to intuitive, easy-to-use employee self-service tools like: address changes, emergency contacts, payroll tax withholding and direct deposit information, benefit enrollments, dependents, beneficiaries, total compensation statements, onboarding, vacation/PTO requests and tracking, updating resumes/skills, and more. A Spanish version is available as an optional feature.

This award-winning enrollment system, offers a wide range of options that can be tailored to fit all of your needs for open, new hire, life event and special (individual) enrollments. The system enforces all applicable rules so that administrators and employees cannot make mistakes, and so that eligibility effective dates and premium bills are accurate.

In addition to employee self-service on the system, we also provide a standard pre-populated printable enrollment paper form customized to the individual employee, including currently elected and available benefits, with individual-specific costs. Administrators can easily input employees’ elections from the paper form into an employee profile and still take advantage of the electronic vendor feeds and powerful reporting tools.
